Bruce S. Wallace has practiced law in Brown County, Ohio since 1983. A lifetime resident of Brown County, Bruce graduated from Western Brown High School. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati in 1980 before graduating from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1983. Bruce was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 1983. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio as well as the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit.

Bruce has maintained his law practice in Brown County, Ohio since 1983 and has been in his current office location since 1993. He has engaged in the general practice of law, with primary emphasis in trial practice in the areas of personal injury, criminal law and domestic relations.

Bruce remains actively involved in community affairs. After serving 25 years on the Western Brown Local Schools Board of Education, he is currently serving as President of the Mt. Orab Port Authority. In addition to his service on the Executive Board of Greater Cincinnati Knothole Baseball, he has coached youth baseball, basketball and football for over 20 years.

Mackenzi A. Carrington of Brown County, Ohio, graduated from Georgetown Jr./Sr. High School in 2014. Mackenzi received her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Paralegal Studies from the University of Cincinnati in 2017. Mackenzi went on to attend the University of Dayton School of Law where she was a member of the University of Dayton Law Moot Court Team and won the Region 6 Championship of the National Moot Court Competition. She earned her law degree in 2020 and was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.


While in law school, Mackenzi gained experience as a legal extern at the Law Office of the Montgomery County Public Defender and as a Summer Associate at Wallace Law Firm. She is an active member of the Ohio Bar Association as well as the Cincinnati Bar Association. Aside from practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.


Mackenzi is devoted to providing quality legal representation. Understanding the needs of her clients, she strives to be available to them at all times and on all matters.
